This term a helicopter came to visit us at school. The whole school went onto the Junior Playground and we made the shape of our school logo. The Juniors formed the cross shape and the Infants made the shape of the 'S' and the 'A'. We stood on chalk marks on the ground to help us!
The helicopter took some photographs and then landed on the field. We all went to have a closer look.
Malcolm told us all about how the helicopter flies and Captain Steve showed us how he makes the rotor-blades move to control it.
Malcolm then took photographs of our classes near the helicopter and we all stayed outside to see it take off! The photographs will soon be available to buy from school.
